First, send us photos of the skin changes via email at administrator@dermatologyonline.rs or through Instagram at @dermatology__online . It is important that the photos are taken in natural daylight.
The photos are carefully reviewed, and based on them, we will ask you questions to proceed with the consultation. The user of the Dermatology Online platform will subjectively describe the skin changes in the provided photos.
Your dermatologist will review the photos and the information provided to confirm if the online consultation is possible. If it is, we will send you payment details (payments are also possible from abroad).
Upon receiving the payment confirmation, your dermatologist will write a detailed professional opinion, which will be sent to your email. Any further communication related to your skin changes will be handled directly with your dermatologist during the scheduled consultation.
